1. Services Offered
ufoünd is a partnership connection service that enables B2B business owners to connect with other B2B partners within their industry or area of choice to exchange warm intros, referrals, co-marketing opportunities, knowledge, and any other mutual benefits. You may also connect with others simply for the benefit of fostering new relationships.
2. User Agreement
Upon signing up and filling out the profile form, you consent to share specific personal and professional information, including but not limited to your name, email, company details, LinkedIn URL, and ideal partnership profile. This information is crucial for matching you with suitable intro connections.
3. Getting Connected
You will be notified via email once there is someone that fits a potential partnership profile. Once you confirm, we will facilitate the introduction and book in a call to meet. If we find out you connected in bad faith (tried to sell your service, didn't show up to the call, etc.) you may be removed from the platform.
4. User Conduct
All users are expected to maintain professionalism during intros. Harassment, bullying, verbal abuse, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from ufound.
5. Rating and Feedback
Post-interview, you are encouraged to rate your partnership connection based on the accuracy of the match, engagement, and responsiveness. Receiving two consecutive poor reviews will result in removal from the platform.
6. Amendments
ufound reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
7. Liability
ufound is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ufound operates.
9. Payments and Refunds
The service is free! We provide additional lead gen services under the ufound umbrella such as content marketing, lead enrichment, funnel building, and outreach services.
